- 1lb russet potatoes, peeled if desired
- 1 tbsp avocado oil (or cooking oil of your choice)
- salt (to taste)
Slice the potato into french fry spears and soak in warm salt water for 5-10 minutes.
Drain and dry the potato spears and toss with the olive oil and additional salt.
Dump the potatoes in your airfryer basket and place in your pressure cooker liner on a tall trivet.
Airfry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Toss the fries and cook for another 10 minutes. Toss one more time and cook for a final 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
This recipe does not require any pressure cooking. They will be fully cooked by the airfryer lid.
