Airfryer French Fries (Crisp Lid)

  • 1lb russet potatoes, peeled if desired
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (or cooking oil of your choice)
  • salt (to taste)
  1. Slice the potato into french fry spears and soak in warm salt water for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Drain and dry the potato spears and toss with the olive oil and additional salt.

  3. Dump the potatoes in your airfryer basket and place in your pressure cooker liner on a tall trivet.

  4. Airfry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Toss the fries and cook for another 10 minutes. Toss one more time and cook for a final 5 minutes.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

This recipe does not require any pressure cooking. They will be fully cooked by the airfryer lid.
