- 1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup (3oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

Add the water and egg white bread dry mix to the bowl of your stand mixer.
-
In a small bowl mix together the acacia fiber, butter powder and the whole egg powder and set aside
-
Start the mixer with the whisk attachment on low speed. Gradually increase the speed until full. Mix on full speed for 5-10 minutes or until you get a texture similar to shaving cream.

Reduce speed to low and stir in the butter powder mixture and ¼ cup mozzarella cheese just until combined.

Spread the batter onto your prepared pan to about ¾ inch thickness.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix together the butter, garlic and Italian seasoning and set aside

Once the 8 minutes of cook time is up, remove the pan from the oven and slice into breadstick shaped pieces.
-
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the breadsticks and sprinkle with the ¾ cup of mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and flake salt.
-
Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
