Cheesy Pillow Fries (keto, carnivore)
  • 12 slices provolone cheese, thin sliced
Breading Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Pork rind crumbs (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin  (10g)
  • 1/2 cup egg white powder  (40g)
  • 2 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning (or to taste)
Egg Dip Ingredients:
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut the provolone cheese slices into half inch thick strips.

  3. In a medium bowl combine the pork rind crumbs, gelatin powder, egg white powder and seasonings.
  4. In a separate bowl whisk together the egg and heavy cream.
  5. One at a time, dip the cheese strips into the egg mixture, then coat in the breading mixture.

  6. Place onto a parchment paper lined pan and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes (thicker cheese slices take longer to get crispy).
  8. Allow to cool a bit and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

For a spicy twist use pepperjack cheese instead of provolone and use 1/2 tsp of Creole seasoning in the breading instead of the everything but the bagel seasoning!
