DIY Eggwhite Wraps (Keto, Carnivore)

Egg White Tortillas (makes 3 small or 2 larger tortillas)
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp water (74ml)
  • 1 tbsp beef gelatin powder (10g)
  • 3 tbsp egg white powder (15g)
  1. Heat a griddle to 375 degrees and spray or brush lightly with the oil/cooking fat of your choice. Add the water to your bowl and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top of the water. Add in the egg white powder and whisk until combined and a bit frothy. Pour 1/3 of the batter (or 1/2 if you're making larger wraps) onto your preheated griddle and spread gently with a spatula until the wrap is 5-6 inches across. Be careful not to leave any thin spots. Allow the wraps to cook for 1-2 minutes or until the edges start to curl up. Flip and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
