Kimchi Sriracha Pork Jerky

Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork loin fat trimmed and, sliced to 2.5mm thickness

Marinade

  • 1/2 cup Wild Brine Kimchi Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients.

  2. Toss the sliced pork strips in the marinade and allow to marinate for 30 minutes up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Layer the pork strips onto your dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 4-6 hours at 155 degrees.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
