In an 8oz mason jar, add water, stevia, allulose, citric acid and LMNT and whisk until combined. Sprinkle the gelatin over the top of the liquid. Allow to bloom for a minute or two and then whisk together. Add enough boiling water to fill the jar to the rim and whisk to combine. Put a lid on the jar and place in the fridge for several hours or overnight until set.
Mix together the sour powder ingredients in a small jar and use to sprinkle on the gummy cup before serving.
For optional coloring I used India Tree natural food coloring
Orange: 1 drop yellow, 1 drop red
Grapefruit: 2 drops red
Blue Raspberry: 2 drops blue
Citrus: 1 drop yellow, 1 drop blue
