Instant Pot Boiled Eggs

Boiled eggs from the Instant Pot are so easy to peel!

Ingredients

  • 1-24 eggs

Instructions

  1. Place a steaming trivet or steamer basket in the inner pot and add 1 and ½ cups of water.

  2. Add the eggs to the steamer basket or stack on the trivet. Add as many eggs as you would like up to the 2/3 line inside the Instant Pot.

  3. Lock the lid and set the steam release valve to the sealing position. Select Pressure Cook (High) and set the cook time for 6 minutes.

  4. Once the cook time is complete, quick release the pressure.

  5. Immediately transfer the eggs into a large bowl of ice water. Allow the eggs cool completely, about 5 minutes.

  6. Drain the water and ice, peel away the eggshells and serve. Store any leftovers in the fridge for easy snacks throughout the day.

Recipe Notes

For cooking in the Instant Pot 3qt Mini, use just 1 cup of water on the bottom or the Instant Pot and cook up to a dozen eggs at a time!
