3-Ingredient Air-fryer Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp avocado oil or cooking oil of your choice

Instructions

  1. Spray a small oven-safe pan (about 7.5" in diameter... make sure the pan fits well into your air-fryer) with non-stick spray or grease with oil

  2. To the pan add the rolled oats, syrup and oil. Stir until the oats are coated with syrup and oil

  3. Place the pan into the air fryer. Cook on 350 for 8 minutes. Remove pan and stir. Cook for another 4 minutes. Remove pan, stir again and cook for 4 minutes more.

  4. Remove pan from the air-fryer. Allow the granola to cool, if desired and serve. This granola tastes great with a drizzle of cream or milk or as a topping for yogurt. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

This recipe is very customizable! Try adding raisins and cinnamon or almonds and a dash of vanilla. Let your creativity run wild! 

If you have a small air-fryer you might need to reduce this recipe in half and use a smaller pan.
