Protein Hashbrown Waffles (keto)
Ingredients
- 6oz fresh daikon radish, peeled and shredded
- .5oz chicken flour or pork rind crumbs
- 3/4 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
- 10g (2 tbsp) egg white powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions

In a medium bowl, toss daikon radish shreds with the chicken flour or pork rind crumbs, gelatin, egg white powder and spices.

Preheat dash waffle maker.

Spray the waffle maker with cooking spray and add 1/4 of the daikon mixture.

Cook 4-6 minutes or until crispy as desired (flipping the waffle halfway through can help with even browning)

Remove from the waffle maker and repeat with the remaining mixture.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Makes 4 waffles. Each waffle contains ~3.75g total carbs and 9g protein
Substitutions:
Egg white powder can be replaced by whole egg powder.
