Feta Pink Peppercorn Bread Dip
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
- 2 tbsp fresh minced basil
- 1 tbsp fresh minced rosemary
- 1 tbsp fresh minced oregano
- 2 tsp whole pink peppercorns
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- flake salt
Combine all ingredients except flake salt together.
Lightly mash the feta crumbles to lighten the mixture and make it slightly creamy.
Top with flake salt as desired right before before serving and enjoy with your favorite bread!
