Protein Breading Mix
Ingredients
  • 12oz pork rind crumbs
  • 3 cups (240g) egg white powder
  • 6 tbsp (60g) unflavored gelatin powder
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a large bowl.

  2. Transfer to an airtight pantry container and store in a cool, dry place.

Recipe Notes

You can add spices to your mix as desired. I prefer to keep the mix plain so I can add different spices depending on what I’m using it to bread.
