Egg White Chips (keto)

Egg White Chips
  • 2 recipes of DIY Egglife Wraps or Carnivore Crêpes (find the recipe links in the note section below)
  • frying fat/oil of your choice (I use bacon fat)
  • salt or other seasonings to taste
  1. Cut the wraps/crêpes into desired chip shapes.

  2. Heat your cooking fat/oil in a frying pan over medium heat. You should have enough to cover the bottom of your pan with about 1/4 inch of fat/oil.

  3. When fat/oil is hot work in batches and fry the chip pieces until crispy. This usually takes 30 seconds to a minute per side but will depend on how thick the chip is. Adjust heat down if the chips are browning too fast or burning.

  4. Remove the chips to a paper towel lined pan to drain and sprinkle with salt or seasonings of your choice immediately. If you wait too long the seasonings won't stick well.

  5. When fully cooled, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
