Dairy-Free Citrus Vanilla Protein Ice Cream
- 1 14oz full fat coconut milk
- 1 scoops scoop Vanilla Equip Prime Protein Powder
- 2 scoops scoops Equip Citrus MicroGreens
- 2 tbsp allulose
- pinch of salt
Add all of the ingredients to the creami pint container and blend using a stick blender (alternatively, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth)
Freeze the pint for 24 hours if using a creami or freeze the mixture according to the ice cream maker using.
Process the pint in the ninja creami on Ice the Cream setting, using as many re-spins as needed to get your preferred ice cream consistency.
